Don't you just love they way the government can do any little thing it wants.
Even the local government.  Take R.I.T.A. for instance.  When I moved to
Cleveland in 1993 I had no troubles.  Well in mid-94 I moved back into a 
R.I.T.A. community.  Well what do you know this year I get a notice from
R.I.T.A. that I never payed them taxes in 1993 and not enough in 1994 and 
they want it plus interest.  When I called and worked it out with a real
human on the other end it was agreed I would pay what I owed for 1994
and some of the interest because tecnically I lived here for part of the 
year, and I would owe nothing for 1993 because Cleveland is NOT a part of
R.I.T.A.  Well much to my surprise I have had 3 more notices sent to me
from R.I.T.A. for 1993 and every time I talked to someone it was settled
yet another time.  (The of course blamed their computer).
Well guess what I got in the mail today?  That's right, this IDIOTS
have sent me Supoena for NOT PAYING MY TAXES in 1993 WHEN I LIVED
IN CLEVELAND.  Now I have to go through the trouble of contacting 
my old landlord, the city of Cleveland and taking a day off from
work to prove to those MORONS that I do NOT OWE them money for a 
year that I lived in Cleveland (a C.C.A. city).  Where do they
get the brains for these people anyways?  I should bill them for
postage for the letters they keep losing.
