All he has to do is call the Cleveland FreeNet at 368-3888 and follow
the sign up info. He will have to send in a form, etc. He can also
telnet in if he has access via:

freenet-in-a.cwru.edu
freenet-in-b.cwru.edu
freenet-in-c.cwru.edu
