I don't know about the support or service part.  Because whenever I ask 
questions about them it takes like 2 days for me to get back like one 
sentence.  It seems as if they write the minimal amount necessary.  I don't 
want to say that NACS is better but there service is great....usually I get 
a lengthy complete letter back within an hour and I don't even use them for 
services anymore, although I may consider.
