Needed.. ISO Medical Standards as a result of the following incident:

Hello,

On 25 June 1998, I was involved in an Auto Accident in Westlake Ohio,
at which time I incurred a herniated or ruptured cervical disc.

I was referred to an Attorney who took my case.

The hospital referred me to a branch office 1 week after the accident.

The Orthopedic Doctor who I saw approximately three weeks later (20
July 98) did not do a thorough examination, and sent me to physical
therapy for a six week period, subsequently I was experiencing pain in
my neck upon returning to him (18 Sept). He did not do a complete
examination but rather dismissed my claim and sent me on my way.

17 Nov, I sought out a chiropractor due to severe stiffness, he
discovered numbness and diminished strength in my right arm.

28 Nov, I experienced a severe muscle spasm and went to the ER for
 relief, they issued such medication.

2 Feb 99, I returned to the Orthopedic doctor seeking assistance
because of a grinding sensation, he did nothing and send me on my way.
 No Exam.

15 Feb 99, I completed with the chiropractor.

2 Apr 99, I returned to the Orthopedic doctor complaining of pain and
requested he do an MRI of my neck, he told me I was on a fishing trip
and I concluded the visit. No Exam.

At which Time I also fired the attorney because he refused to allow me
 to seek out another doctor.

I retained attorney #2 and went back to the chiropractor center and had
a complete examination done where he found a deviation and subsequently
 ordered an MRI.

7 Jul 99, an MRI revealed the ruptured disc.

22 Jul 99, I sought out a neurologist who discovered numbness in my
right arm and diminished strength as well.

1 Sept 99, Attorney #3 was obtained because #2 waved my tally of bills
and asked "how do we justify this".. he was fired 28 Aug, and to date
 he (#3) is doing well.

3 Sept 99, A second neurologist was seen for an independent evaluation,
his results were the same as the first.

9 May 2000, a lawsuit was filed against the person whom hit me.

A Malpractice suit is pending per return of an answer from the Ohio
 State Medical Board (OSMB).
