I am a FORMER customer of Stratos Internet Services - and I have been robbed
of at least $9.95 so far -

So far - CoreComm - who took over Stratos - isn't helping other than to
say - "we'll refund it" and "computer error" ... all I wanted was to have
them DELETE my Credit Card number, and send me written confirmation -
especially since they have used it to steal from my bank account!

If anyone knows any one at CoreComm that I can speak with, I would
appreciate it.

I called 4 times today and they acted like I WAS BEING UNREASONABLE for
wanting them to delete my number. Of course I could only speak to a customer
servive representative - because she didn't know where her manager was...
and in her opinion, I "have too many questions"... yeah, like hoe did
CoreComm get my credit card number when I cancelled my account more than 6
months ago through Stratos... and just how long will you have my credit card
on file? and how can I get it outof your hands?
