This happened to me as well, I was down there one week and the next week they 
were closed?  Where were the signs?  I didn't see them.  And now the only 
place to pay a bill in person is either at a bank on the eastside (multiple 
locations) or in a bad neighborhood on the west side.  

There are about 20-30 places on the east side, and all the west side 
locations are at an abc check cashing.  I judge how bad a neighborhood is by 
the amount of check cashing and beeper stores there are...
