OB-SHELL-HACK
Heh. In my .tcshrc I have the following defined for my prompt:
# Set the prompt, check and see first if user is using screen
if ( $?WINDOW ) then
set prompt="%m:[%l][%@]($WINDOW):%h:%~%# "
else
set prompt="%m:[%l][%@]:%h:%~%# "
endif
(the $WINDOW stuff was borrowed from one of the other users online -
ghavanec perhaps).. the '%#' arg set the prompt to a greater-than '>'
if you are not root and to a hash '#' if you are. Of course, I haven't
seen a '#' on my prompt for quite some time on en.com, but you can
always hope.
PS - my only bitch about exchange-net is that /bin/bash is the default
shell.. :( I hate bash.
