John,

Not every person has a wonderful enjoyable experience with an ISP. Every
person has a different view of what happened. We've had a couple people
absolutely fed up with what they thought was a lack of service or being
ignored, when, in fact, they just happened to call when either all the
lines were busy (and got voice mail).. or mis-addressed an e-mail/never
to get a reply, etc.. Where, on the other hand, there are a ton of people
that would testify in a grand jury that we've given them service above and
beyond what they'd expect from _any_ service-oriented company. I mean, it's
a _big_ spectrum.

Of course exchange net has problems. Any company that grows as fast
and as huge as EN is, is bound to have growing pains, that, hopefully,
the client base is aware and sympathetic to. This doesn't mean that
EN doesn't care about its customer base: It's quite the opposite. There's
a lot of great people over there, Sue W being my favorite. I mean, I'm
a *competitor* and I get the red carpet.

Everyone has a certain ISP that they like for certain reasons. The
people, the speed of the connection, the reliability, their friends
who hang out on the same system. You just have to find one that you
like and stick with it.
