I am looking for an ISP in Cleveland. I will be moving there next week,
and would like to have one ready to go when I get there. I would like
to have a shell account, but that is not necessary. Can anybody provide
suggestions on who I should call?

Thanks,
Scott

I have been with APK for a couple of years and am very happy with
them. I access the newsgroups via a shell account and use my
ppp connection only when I am bored and feel like cruising the
web.

  ExchangeNet also offers shell accounts.

I'm a fairly happy Mindspring customer (www.mindspring.com). From all
I've heard, most users of the local ISP called APK (www.apk.net) seem
happy with it. (I've never been a customer of APK.)

Pretty much any ISP you name will have some happy customers and some
unhappy customers. I posted some bad experiences with my previous ISP,
C-nc-ntr-c N-tw-rk, and immediately there were followups praising that
one and dumping on Mindspring. So with any ISP you pays your money and
you takes your chance.
