Do not do business with rite rug. My experiences with them included:


Several possibly asbestos containing tiles tossed into my air vent and left
there

Staples left sticking out of floor when they stopped in the middle of a job
that they decied they could not complete.

Nail filled steel strip left on dark basement stairs nail side up.

No attempt to clean up after failed installation attempt.

Reason for failed installation determined to be untrue by independent
professional installer.

Numerous broken promises and unfulfilled committments. Such as failure after
three weeks to get a response to our complaints from customer service who
promised a reply in one week. Promising tile in store at certain date and time
several times only to tell us the were in error after we arrived.

Refused to offer to repair ripped up tile, destroyed wood detail on wall etc.
after failed installation attempt.

Installation charges over double those of independent professional (including a
salesman's comission)

factory rebates that were available were not offered

Our tile which presumably was in the truck the day their installer attempted
and failed installation was not given to us for almost a month in spite of at
least 20 calls requesting it (including one call while the installer was still
in our home)
