EARWIG, not the UK band, but the Columbus, Ohio band that won the rights to
that name, is on tour in July. It just released a full length CD, MAYFEEDER,
on vocalist/guitarist/Daddy Todd "Lizard" McGee's label, Lizard Family Music.

I've described EARWIG as an angry Crowded House, Matthew Sweet or any one of
those sensitive male types critics seem to like so much. Buzzz Magazine (NYC)
said, "Earwig rocks with agility and smartly restrained power." Oculus
Magazine described one of the singles found on MAYFEEDER as "... a free-form,
unrefined masterpiece." And Entertainment's Michael Wellman suggested, "If
Ten Thousand Maniacs and Fugazi got in a car wreck..."

Look for more reviews of the CD in the coming months. In the meantime, look
for EARWIG on tour (I'm sure the three guys would appreciate a hello and a
place to crash for the night -- just tell Lizard Joel sent you.):
