Hummmm... this service was claimed to be cheaper than Warner/Coaxial...
but I get about 45 channels of 'extended basic' for less than $30.

They have an FCC lisence and 'buy' microwave channel allocation from
current lisences, mostly educational institutions and utilities.

They are limited to about 30 channels max.

There is NO local control/influence over these folks.
