rent is $410 + gas +electricity if you want to take the whole place.
very convenient location close to uv and free parking. very nice
apartment. i can subsidize you $50 per month till you find roommate.

otherwise, we can share half the rent, provided i have the freedom to
get another person to share the place with you.
