                      THE MARKETING PROGRAM STRUCTURE
 
 1. Start by purchasing three 1-hour Pre-Paid Phonecards, ONE TIME for
$100 (That's all you ever have to buy, no other costs.) Personally
sponsor 2 people that purchase THREE 1-hour Phonecards.  Now you
qualify for commissions in the Marketing Program.  When your sales
organization has 12 sales, with at least 1/3 (4) in each leg, you will
recieve $200.  $50 goes to buy another 1-hour Pre-Paid card and you
receive a check for $150.  At 24 total sales in your group, you earn
another $150 (the first time you go through Phase 1, you receive a
FREE BONUS 1-hour card at each level).  At 36 total sales, you receive
the same as at 24 sales.  At 50 sales (17 & 33), you earn $600,  The
first time through Phase 1, you need to get into Phase 2, but  not out
of your pocket! $400 is withheld from your $600 ONE TIME ONLY, to
purchase EIGHT 1-hour cards.  You are now in Phase 2 AND continue
 earning on your organization in Phase 1.
 
To recap, the FIRST TIME through Phase 1, you can earn: $600 and 12
Pre-Paid Phonecards!  Subsequently, you can earn $1000 and TWO 1-hour
cards. ($800 and TWO 1-hour cards Maximum per 50+ sales per day).  All
sales made by anyone in your organization count toward your next 50
sales.
 
2. You are now in Phase 2 as well as Phase 1.  When 12 people anywhere
in your organization (1/3 - 2/3 balance), have entered Phase 2, you
earn $1000.  When a total of 50 people enter Phase 2, you earn $3400.
$400 will be deducted to purchase EIGHT 1-hour cards and keep your
Business Center Active in Phase 2.  You "net" $3000 and 8 cards.  The
FIRST TIME you reach 50 sales in Phase 2, $1000 is deducted to
purchase TWENTY 1-hour cards, to enter you into Phase 3.
 
3. You are now in Phase 3 as well as Phase 1 & 2.  When 12 people in
your organization (1/3 - 2/3 balance), have entered Phase 3, you earn
$2500.  When a total of 50 people enter Phase 3, you earn $10,000.
$1,000 will be deducted to purchase TWENTY 1-hour cards and keep your
Business Center Active in Phase 3.  You "net" $9,000 and 20 cards.
 
 You are now entered into all 3 Phases and can earn incomes from each
Phase on a daily basis.  (Checks are mailed weekly.)  Each time a
repurchase sale is made, it is credited upline just like a new sale.
