First of all sorry for my poor English. This is a scream for help. I'm trying to open a magazine for the internet. I would like to add a "Direct line" to the internet. This probably means a T1 line or a ISDN line. Since I would like people to log in and see the magazine and interact with it. Here comes the BIG problem. MONEY! I don't have much to start with so... I need the most cost effective way of doing so. If I connect to a "Supplier" They will charge 2000$ to install an 128K and I will have to pay 770$ per month! This is not a very good idea. Since if later on I would like to add more lines this will increase the cost way too much!! I'm in New York Long Island. I have talked to some people and they say that they have a direct line to Washington DC. I wander why? Which will be the more cost effective way of connecting to the internet? A way that will allow to grow if it becomes successful. Please help this is my Dream business!!
