Hello,

I am looking for a tool or a formula to size a TCP-IP connection (formula on
paper, excel sheet, other, ...).
Explanations : on a TCP-IP connection we have a certain traffic with a
number "x" of transactions per minut or hour, with a size of "y" Kbytes. We
want a response time of "z" seconds in, for instance, 90 % of the time.

So I am looking for a small tool to introduce these parameters and calcule
the line speed required.
The theoretical formula would also be a good start.
