Have you tried the Novell forums on Compuserve?  There may be a user out
there that can help you.  You could also try connecting to Novell's
WWW page and looking for an EMail address of someone you can ask at
Novell.  I've found I can get better answers from companies like Novell
through EMail then when I call a customer support number.

If you need any additional help, I can offer my companies services.  I
work for LDI and we provide a variety of technology services including
Novell networking services.  We could do the research for you, but I still
couldn't guarantee success.  You'll probably want to do the above research
yourself before getting anyone else involved.  We wouldn't want to spend
much time searching for you because our service cost could get past the
value of the ancient tape drive if we spent too much time.  Let me
