People might not realize how important this whole action is. It's very
important. If these stockholders succeed, we could see Cracker Barrel
forced to end it's anti-gaylesbi practices by the actions of its
stockholders.

Ramifications? If it can happen at CB, it can happen at other
companies with anti-lesbigay practices.

Corporations will to do ANYTHING to satisfy their stockholders. In the
past this has meant "profits at any cost". If we can successfully
demand socially conscience practices via stockholders votes, there will
be a whole new wave of action in corporate responsibility as well as
corporate work-environment and anti-discrimination policies.

C.B. stock is owned by many, many retirement funds. If you own stock,
or invest in something that holds C.B. stock, I *urge* you to call your
broker and tell them to vote FOR the two measures. MANY INVESTORS ARE
PLANNING ON 'JUST NOT VOTING'. No vote is the same as a vote against
the measure!

The vote is very soon, please call your investors, etc. as soon
as possible.

Tom
