Star Trek the Next Generation Reruns

As you may know, starting 16 November, each evening from 7-8pm,
WPTT has been showing reruns of Star Trek, the Next Generation
from the beginning, starting with Encounter at Far Point

When these episodes were first shown 5 years ago, the
retransmission of the close captioning was spotty at best, the consequence
being that many of the episodes of the first year do not show captions when
I play the recordings made back then through the closed caption box. It is
very hard to lip read the computer and villains that do not have lips, so I
depend on the captioning to follow fully.

I have been recording these episodes in order to get fully captioned
episodes. However, alas, while I was gone for the thanksgiving holiday, my
elaborate arrangements to insure that the episodes
Where No One Has Gone Before
	The Last Outpost
	Lonely Among Us
	Justice
	The Battle
would be recorded with captions went awry!

Is anyone recording this current running? If so, would you be willing to
let me borrow your recording for these episodes (23-27 November)? Whether
you know it or not, you recorded the invisible lines that my cc box can
decode.

Please let me know at dberry@sei.cmu.edu

Very Hopeful...

Thanks
Dan
