MASONS STARTED FIRST WORLD WAR Every student of history knows that the event which sparked-off World War I, was the assassination of the Austrian Archduke, Francis Ferdinand, at Serajevo in 1914. What very few know, is that the murder of the Archduke was a Masonic Plot. It is almost never mentioned in standard history texts, yet it is non the less a known fact, that the members of the group that carried out the assassination were Masons, and it was revealed in sworn testi- mony at their trial "that the Freemasons had condemned Francis Ferdin- and to death".
