Subject: next meeting and demonstration

Friends,

Our next meeting is on October 24 at 7 PM at the Sixth Presbyterian
Church at Forbes and Murray.  Parking is available for a fee in the
garage across the street and if free on the surrounding streets.  At
this meeting, we will be doing updates and each small group (media,
public action, community outreach, and linkage with political leaders
will be meeting.

Meanwhile, kudos to the Public Action Committee and its supporters.
Their first "First Saturday" public education event (AKA
demonstration) occurred at the Chancellor's house and was well
attended.

The next "First Saturday" is November 4 between 11 AM and Noon.  The
group will meet at the Chancellor's house on the 700 block of
Devonshire between Fifth and Ellsworth.  These demonstrations are
legal as long we don't step on people's property, stand still, or
block access.  So come on out.
