Q:I want to append output data from a query into an existing file, which 
command prompt tool will help me?


Answer: SQLCMD
Explanation: BCP always overwrites any file that might already be there. 
There is no option to append. But this can be achieved using SQLCMD 
indirectly by using append feature of DOS.
