Richard Monson-Haefel asks for your opinion on EJB 3.0

Richard has come out and said "You can make EJB better". Richard is working on EJB 3.0 (JSR 220). He says "I'm an independent. I don't represent a vendor. Instead I try to represent the interests of J2EE application developers. To do that, I need to 
know what the development community wants." So, what do we want? 

Many people have opinions, and many people will no doubt say "get rid of EJB" and "EJB sucks", but how about something constructive? 

I would love for the Enterprise in EJB to be emphasized. I am all for "ease of use", but how about getting in features that enterprise projects want (like the worker threads, real security, etc). 

Long term, I would love for EJB to basically mean standards around enterprise aspects.
