A String instance is  immutable,that is ,u can not change a String instance 
insteaded of build a new one from the old one 
eg:
    String a = "name";
    a = a.subString(0,1);
after the second line ,u will get tow instance:
    "name" and "n"
that means when u operate the String frequently(eg:in for or while loop),
u will produce a lot of short life String instace.
StringBuffer is mutable,u can change it without producein temporary instance.
