[Q] How to refresh views in another perspective?

Suppose I open two perspectives in one workbench window. Now my codes does 

some configurations in one perspective, and I want to refresh the views 

shown in the other perspective. However, I just can't find APIs to get 

those views so as to refresh them. (I've mainly searched in IWorkbench, 

IWorkbenchWindow, and IWorkbenchPage)

My current method is showing the other perspective by using 

PlatformUI.getWorkbench().showPerspective(), and then getting views by 

IWorkbenchPage.findView(). But this is not a good way as users may not want 

to switch to the other perspective.

Is there any better method? Or could I be notified when user changes to the 

other perspective so that I could refresh it at that time? Thank you!
