I programming in Java for 3 to 4 years. I found this is the greatest 

language in the world 

at this moment, I have not try C#, Maybe C# is a rival of Java.

But its lots of idea is same as Java. 

I think Java is better than C++, Basic, Lisp and so on, based on the
whole point view.
I mean including (design, speed, OOP, developing speed to market,
refine)

So many people involved in Java programming, including the people from
IBM, Sybase, Oracle.

I think most of time you are kidding.
