1. Uninstall the Tomcat using Windows Control Panel->Add/Remove programs.
2. Restart the PC.
3. Install Tomcat again. But make sure that you select the NT Service option
during install.
4. after successful installation, start Tomcat using the
Start->Programs->Apache Tomcat->Start Tomcat and make sure that it works
fine.
5. Now go to Windows Control Panel->Services. Here you see the service
listed as Apache Tomcat.
6. I will send the setup screen-shot to you through e-mail.
