   I'm sorry I couldn't use bbs.szptt.net.cn (this site resisted my site
from loging in), so I answer your question here.

Your question is: How to programing with Java for using I/O like serial port?
The answer is: download the Java Communications API Beta and try using it.
 The core Java doesn't include this kind of features.
