you must use win95 OSR2's fdisk to repartion the hard disk.

there is no way to convert FAT16 to FAT 32,

when you use  dos7.1(win95 OSR2) fdisk to partion disk, when the partion 

is larger than 512MB, there is a choice about whether use FAT32.
