First add a command button and a textbox to the form , then set the
textbox's index to 0 this tell vb you will create a control array. Then add
the code as following:

Option Explicit
Dim mnIndex As Integer

Private Sub Command1_Click()
    '- Create one text box
    Load Text1(mnIndex)
    '- Set its properties
    With Text1(mnIndex)
        '- move to a new position
        .Left = Text1(mnIndex - 1).Left + Text1(mnIndex - 1).Width + 100
        '- This must be added, because when load it's visible is false
        .Visible = True
    End With
    mnIndex = mnIndex + 1
End Sub

Private Sub Form_Load()
    mnIndex = 1
End Sub
