I have test Paradox 7.0 ,Delphi 3.0 ,chinese field,and contents can input 
and display ,foxpro I have no time to test,but I have been transfer database
from .dbf to paradox ,interbase,sql server successfully,I sugest that you 
'd better migrate your project from Delphi 2.0 to Delphi 3.0 ,because 
Delphi 3.0 has developted for asia language program
