Question: Tachometer data.

I am looking for a tachometer that I can hook up to a shaft, AND I want the
tachometer to send data DIRECTLY to a Microsoft Windows computer (Windows
2000 or Windows XP).

Who makes these and where can they be purchased?

Thank you.
