做为FTP服务器当然不行，因为它是SFTP服务器
但做为和FTP功能等同的文件传输用服务器，我看不出它有什么不行

我一直都想关了FTP，转用它，但因为它不象FTP那么普及
而用客户端又要另外安装，不象连FTP服务器用IE也行，NETSCAPE也行。。。才放
弃了

i might not make it clear, when i go to web page and select a theme then
click "import"
i can see that netscape downloads it (jar file) from ftp site, and then
installs it automaticly

but if i download it from ftp server and save it to my hard disk, i
don't know how to install it, and netscpe seems not able to handle it
too

which means i want to know how the "automaticly install" part works, and
do it by myself
