"Nyx" does not do any spamming, nor allow any spamming. If you have an
example of a Nyx user spamming a newsgroup please forward the entire
article with headers to admin@nyx.net. In order for us to properly
investigate we must have the full headers of the actual article you are
complaining about not a response to that article.

Nyx is not a coop and it does not allowing spamming.

I assure you that Nyx users include liberals, conservatives, independents
and political agnostics.
