As I stated in co.general, I have no desire to admin anything.

I would like there to be an updated charter, but perhaps first we need
someone to fill the admin shoes.

A perfect candidate would be a colorado news admin, but an informed usenet
user would work just fine.

From what I've read, Ben Cantrick has the restraint and the skills to do
what is required.  Perhaps he might be interested?  Ben???
