I have the Actiontec internal pci call-waiting modem. It's one of the few pci hardware controlled modems around. The call-waiting bit is nice, especially if you've only got one phone line. No missed calls. Also can serve as an answering machine with message boxes: "If you're a telemarketer, press "'one". Your call will be answered in four days, six hours...." Last week this modem was on sale at BestBuy for $80 after rebate.
