You're asking me?  I don't know, even if they are, they are suppose to
be the ones to get the ear full from you, not Tiger.  As a side note,
I went to www.kdsusa.com and read the corporate information.  No where
does it mention any connection to Tiger.  They even have a 1-800
number; KDS Technical Support & KDS Customer Service: 800-283-1311.
Did you try them to resolve the issues (new modem, exchange for
another modem, ?)

Read the fine print. When my Global Village Teleport 56k died one
month later, I yelled at GV, not PC Connection.  I sent it down and
they sent back a brand new modem, even in a shrink wrapped retail box!
Their tech support is also less then desired, but after enough
prodding, I got when I wanted.

Ya, tough cookies aren't good to eat.  My mom makes the best chocolate
chip cookies on earth, yum.
