Best Buy > ALSO has a restocking fee. Bestbuy only has a restocking fee on opened notebook computers, camcorders, digital cameras, and radar detectors. This is to prevent scumsucking looser cusutomers from using the store as a free rental service on items where this is a likely possibility. There is no restocking fee if the item is defective.
