It would appear that Choicepoint, a data compiling consumer reporting agency, failed to report to consumers that their personal data may have been compromised in a breach of secured files. This may have and may still result in identity theft and usage which can effect credit reports. If you check out http://www.lawyersandsettlements.com/case/choicepoint_report there is more information on this situation and how it may affect you. There is also a free case evaluation offered that might be of help in specific cases. I thought this could be of interest to many, and hope it might prove of help. kr0
