I ran by Spencer's produce today and saw they are now roasting chilis.
Finally!  I've been waiting.  Their price is very reasonable and the amount
of chilis is generous.  Several varieties.  They are much better processed
than what can be obtained at Farmers' Market, much as I support the Farmers'
Market.  The Anaheims are choice.  Don't miss out.
