Well, he is to blame for the things that he caused.

And I bet he actually was part of 9/11.  He's certainly propped himself 
up on the victims' corpses enough to make it appear that way.

He's to blame for decreased consumer confidence, high oil prices, lack 
of business investment leading to hiring, lack of multinational repect 
for the US and an insolvent quagmire in Iraq and soon to be Iran. 
That's some pretty bad planning and execution.

In case you don't know, we don't have weather control machines, so it is 
asinine for you to equate weather control with military control. 
Perhaps you really are as stupid as you appear to be when you write.
