I have experienced that Fry's Electronic on Brokaw Rd., San Jose has
very bad customer service, especially on returning stuffs from
customers. When they sold something out they never wanted  to ( or they
made me feel like that, based on my case )  receive the returning stuffs
friendly. They tried to figure out your stuffs had  been damaged by you
or some reasons else to refuse receiving them back. Fry's were a famous
stores about electronic, software, computer,...stuffs. But now they are
famous on tricking their customers. If you are not improve your customer
services. You gotta be "damaged" yourself, Fry's!!!
