FIVE TIMES THE INCOME POTENTIAL!
   AND FIVE TIMES FASTER! !

Dear friend,

I have avoided the various "Fast Money" making systems found on the
Internet for some time now. I came to be aggravated by them and
considered
them as pure spam. But when I read the following post of an updated
version, which clearly answered many of my questions about the structure
and legality of these systems, I began to reconsider. I thought about
many
opportunities I have missed out in my life because of my tendencies to
be
both a "doubter" and a procrastinator. No, I decided I was not going to
let myself be left behind again, especially when investing only $5.00, 5
envelopes and stamps, and a few hours work.

Here is the posting of the newest version of the system I found in one
newsgroup:

PRINT THIS POSTING OUT NOW, SPEND A FEW MINUTES CAREFULLY READING IT
THROUGH, AND CONSIDER WHETHER OR NOT THIS SYSTEM IS WORTH THE SMALL
INVESTMENT OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

JUST GET INVOLVED, AND YOU WILL SEE WHAT HAPPENS!

Why are there so many versions of "Fast Money" making systems on the
Internet? Because the basic algorithm, the basic process, followed by
each
system offers the potential to make a great amount of money with a small
investment of time and money.

What are the basic systems and why are they legal? Each system follows
the
same basic steps, which define a business by offering others the ability
to
get involved using the system you advertise in newsgroups on the
Internet
and accepting a small fee for the requests of those who respond to be
added
to your mailing list. Yes, you will be in the business of creating your
own mailing list. Their requests to be added to your mailing list, which
is
sent with $1.00 fee for your service, define a legal business
opportunity
under U. S. Postal and Lottery Laws --- a legal business opportunity
for
you which is covered in title 18, section 1302 and 1342 of the U. S.
Postal
and Lottery Laws.

Now, what one does, or does not do, with the mailing list being
constructed
is a personal decision. One could decide to do nothing with this list,
to
use it as a tool in building another business or expanding an existing
business. This decision is up to the creator of the mailing list --
this
decision is up to you.

Because of the abundance of postings advertising the various systems,
one
may be led to believe that too many people are involved in these
moneymaking opportunities. However, one must keep in mind that each
person
involved places multiple posts --- the minimum suggested for this
business
being 500 positing. So, in actuality there are far fewer people
currently
involved, and far more people yet to become involved, than one may
think.

   FIVE TIMES THE MONEYMAKING POTENTIAL?

This system consists of a list of 5 addresses, an investment of $5.00 --
$1
for each of your requests to be added to the mailing lists of the 5
people
listed in this advertisement -- ONLY 5 envelopes and stamps, and a
couple
of hours work. This system definition has also eliminated the fluff of
declaration of how much others have made and how much you can make ---
this
depends upon the time you invest in this moneymaking opportunity. You
must
remember one important rule of a successful business:

   ADVERTISE, ADVERTISE, AND ADVERTISE!!!

You must also remember that each day there are thousands of new users on
the Internet, users for you to reach through your advertising. The more
effort you spend posting your business opportunity to others, the larger
the return on your small $5.00 investment and time spent working to
become
successful.

Here are the basic steps to be followed without variation:

Step 1)
Send immediately $1.00 in U. S. Currency to each of the 5 people on the
list below. Wrap the bill in a note with the words: "Please put me on
your
mailing list." Include your address. You do not need to include your
name
if you choose not so. In order to prevent thievery be sure that your
$1.00
is folded in your letter requesting to be added to one's mailing list.

#1 W. Manwaring
          1401 Lewisvill Rd.
          Minden, LA 71055

#2 Kyung H. Suh
          PO Box 167
          Kwan-ak Post Offic
          Seoul, Korea

#3 Sherrill Sims
          4985 St. Paul Rd.
          Leitchfield, KY 42754

#4 M. Detmer
          P.O. Box 448
          Lafayette, CO 80026

#5 B. Peterson
          9 Fernhill Rd.
          Whaton, NJ 07885

Step 2)
Now take the #1 name off the list, move the other names up (5 becomes 4,
4
becomes 3, etc.) and add your name as #5 on the list.

Step 3)
Post this updated listing with your address in #5 in at least 500 news
groups. Try posting to at least 50 groups per day. You can simply copy
the
contents of this letter and post it to the news groups of your choice.
(If
you are not sure how, see the description below.) There are thousands of
news groups on the Internet. Also, please post in appropriate groups
and
spread your postings over many different local and international areas.
You may find services which list available news groups by using one of
the
web searching programs and searching for "news groups."

In a short time, if you spend the time advertising your business
opportunity, others' requests to be added to your mailing list should
begin
rolling in. As more time passes and others get involved, the number of
requests and $1.00 fees you will receive will multiply! JUST ENJOY!

DIRECTIONS -- HOW TO POST TO NEWSGROUPS

Step 1)
You do not need to re-type this letter to do your own posting; simply
put
your cursor at the beginning of this letter and click and hold down your
mouse button. While continuing to hold down the mouse button, drag your
cursor to the bottom of this document and over to just after the last
character, and release the mouse button. At this point the entire letter
should be highlighted. Then, from the 'edit' pull down menu at the top
of
your screen select 'copy'. This will copy the entire letter into your
computer memory.

Step 2)
Open a blank 'notepad' file and place your cursor at the top of the
page.
From the 'edit' pull down menu select 'paste.' This will paste a copy
of
the letter into notepad so that you can add your name to the list.
Remember to eliminate the #1 name, move everyone up a spot (re-number
everyone else's positions), and add your self in as #5.

Step 3)
Save your new notepad files as a .txt file. If you want to do your
postings in different sittings, you'll always have this file to go back
to.

*** FOR NETSCAPE USERS ***
Step 4)
Within the Netscape program, go to the pull-down window entitled
'Window'
and select 'NetscapeNews.' Then from the pull-down menu 'Options,'
select
'Show All Newsgroups'. After a few moments a list of all the newsgroups
on
your server will show up. Click on any newsgroup you desire. From
within
this newsgroup, click on the 'TO NEWS' button, which should be at the
top
left corner of the newsgroups page. This will bring up a message box.

Step 5)
Fill in the Subject. This will be the header that everyone sees as they
scroll through the list of postings in a particular group.

Step 6)
Highlight the entire contents of your .txt file and copy them using the
same technique as before. Go back to the newsgroup 'TO NEWS' posting you
are creating and paste the letter into the body of your posting.

Step 7)
Hit the 'Send' button in the upper left corner. You are done with your
first one! Congratulations, and keep going!!!

*** FOR INTERNET EXPLORER USERS ***
Step 4)
Go to the newsgroups and select 'Post an Article'.

Step 5)
Fill in the Subject.

Step 6)
Same as #6 above.

Step 7)
Hit the 'Post' button.
