Does anybody know anything about Public Access to the Internet? I'm looking for public access telnet servers or something with the same capabilities in the Washington, D.C. and Detroit, MI areas. Basically I just want to be able to log on to my account here at NU while I'm in DC or Detroit without having to rack up incredible long distance charges. All solutions are accepted.
