Of course, all of this discussion of the Acceptable Use Policy may very soon become moot, as it is now undergoing Congressional review. Thus far, the reports have been mixed, but the AUP was subjected to fairly severe criticism in the last round of hearings and the NSF is busily pouring over their justifications for the AUP. RichardT
