At Caltech, our Alumni Association bought a SPARCstation and gives any member
an account. It is in the same group of Suns and NeXTs that students use, so
they feel right at home (recent grads anyway). This makes it nicer for us
(we run that cluster) since when a graduating student wants to keep an account,
we just say 'join the Alumni Association'. It is also a good incentive for
recent grads to join the association. So everyone is happy.
