For anyone in the lower mainland with an interest in genetic algorithms:

We are trying to get together a group of people for a regular reading
and/or dinner group.  Right now we are just a few people at UBC, but
we welcome people from the other universities and from the business
community.  If you would be interested in something like this, or in
more information, just reply by email.
