The README file posted the other day for the Gassy GA package gave an
outdated internet site - one that can no longer be reached.

In fact, the package is being rewritten and is not currently
available via ftp. Perhaps it will be ready in a year or so...

Or better yet, post an ftp location that *can* be reached?
Gassy looks interesting; I'd really like to play with it.
