The Eighth International Conference on Industrial and Engineering
Applications of Artificial Intelligence and Expert Systems

IEA/AIE-95

will be held in the Old Arts Building at The University
of Melbourne in June 1995. IEA/AIE-95 represents a forum for presenting
developments and applications of Artificial Intelligence and Related
Technologies to Industry and Engineering. Over 100 papers (in three parallel
streams) from nearly 30 countries will be presented along with three invited
speakers, 5 optional tutorials, an Industry Forum and a Technical Tour.

The Host Society is the International Society of Applied Intelligence
(ISAI) and main sponsor is the Institution of Engineers,
Australia (IEAust), Australia's largest professional society. There are a
large number of Co-operating Societies including the Australian Computer
Society (ACS).
