From Oracle you need to creat a file delimmited in the following manner:
Text should be enclosed in double quotes "  " and seperated by a comma.
Numeric data should be seperated by a comma.  .

Example:
"abc", "def", "ghi",123,456,789

Use file import to read the file into Lotus.
